Join our high performing and fast paced Advisory & Capital Markets team as an Associate within our Commodities and Global Markets business in Calgary.

As an Associate on our team, you will be given high levels of responsibility and ownership and will primarily be preparing sector and market research analysis, participating in diligence processes, preparing transaction documentation, as well as leading and producing presentations, information memorandums, financial models and other analysis for internal (investment and risk committees) and external audiences (clients, investors, lenders and project developers).

If you have an outstanding academic record in a relevant discipline, strong understanding of financial modelling and 3-6 years of experience in one of Investment Banking, Project Finance, Principal Investing, or Corporate Business Development, we want to hear from you. Proficiency in building detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures will also be paramount to your success in this role. Further, having familiarity with all stages of energy and infrastructure transaction execution, including origination, diligence, and execution of equity, debt, and M&A transactions is also necessary.
