Reporting to the Front Office Manager and Front Desk Supervisors, the Valet is responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. The Valet ensures an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the safety and security of guest vehicles and parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with mobility challenges when entering or exiting their vehicles.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Deliver minibar items and room service orders when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the parking garage and valet areas.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in required training related to the position.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid driver's licence required.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (driving test required).
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent spoken French and English to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills, courtesy, and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Montréal, its surrounding areas, and major attractions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays


Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, is required for this position as we serve an international client.
