The Opportunity:
As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the Sales Finance function, including Trade Spend, AR Deductions, Post Audits and Treasury. You’ll deliver financial insights, track expenditures versus forecasts, resolve customer disputes and working closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Trade Spend Track budgets, lead forecasts, and develop dashboards for customer benefits
- Profitability Analysis Support decision-making with promotional deal analysis and customer P&L insights
- Customer Relations Maintain positive relationships and resolve AR and deduction disputes like post audits, shortages and non-compliance
- Accounts Receivables Oversee AR function that is managed by shared service team to ensure timely payments, reduced aged AR and review AR reserves reconciliations
- Collaboration Develop a close working relationship with the key stakeholders and shared services function
- Team Leadership Manage performance and develop direct reports
- Treasury Oversee treasury and cash flow reporting
- Compliance Ensure SOX compliance and liaison with internal and external auditors
- Process Improvement Enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs
- Business support Serves as a key point of contact to support the business on queries, new projects and problem resolutions
- CPA with 8+ years in commercial finance, preferably in FMCG.
- 3+ years of people leading experience.
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with Sales Force, Oracle, Cognos, HPT as added advantage
- Highly analytical – able to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes, adaptable, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and high degree of initiative
- Collaborative with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
