As a Quality Lead working with the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the integrity, safety and precision of our job sites. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will have the opportunity to own the assessment of every aspect of your projects, from workmanship to materials, contributing to the successful delivery of exceptional results that exceed project expectations.

What You Will Do

• Be the leader for quality on the project. Guide our team members, and subcontractors to fulfil their Quality duties.
• Become the important bridge between our clients, subcontractors and the technical details of the projects.
• Dive deep into technical documents, understanding the ins and outs of the project.
• Have your eyes on the future, always planning for upcoming activities on site.
• Oversee quality control and assurance activities, ensuring we’ve met all our client’s requirements.
• Manage all non-conformities and deficiencies in collaboration with our Site Supers and subcontractors.
  
  

This role could be for you if you have

• An educational background in construction engineering/architecture or relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience with construction quality management.
• You have worked 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Candidates must be able to obtain a Government of Canada Secret level clearance as per project contractual requirements, which will be addressed as an application question.
  
  

Additional Assets Include

• You’ve worked on a variety of large-scale government projects.
• Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
