Responsibilities

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD 60,000 - 78,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
Work Arrangement: Onsite Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner
- Diagnose problems through troubleshooting skills, logic, research, and isolation steps
- Configure, support and perform routine maintenance of hardware and software for desktops
- Troubleshoot PC and printer problems
- Provide basic LAN/VPN support
- Install and upgrade software
- Build and deploy PCs and Laptops
- Record all client inquiries, from initial call to incident resolution
- Manage Active Directory environment
- Maintain VOIP phone system
- Maintain records of hardware, software and network inventory
- BS in Computer Science/ Information Management or relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of Desktop support experience in medium to large corporate environment
- Strong Windows 11, Outlook & Office 2016/365 knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
