We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Montreal. You will play an active role in the design, development, integration, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, within a stimulating bilingual environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Feature Development:
- Create and modify workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.
- Create custom interfaces on the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Customize existing modules to meet clients' specific needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Automate processes using import/export scripts and tools like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
- Update applications during new platform version releases.
- Must reside in the province of Quebec.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken) is required due to interactions with both local and international clients.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (essential).
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (for Service Portal development).
- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps approaches.
- Experience in business process digitalization projects.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, maritime, or finance sectors.
