ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Servers

Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Must be available to work on Sundays.

Job Duties:

• Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome
• Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
• Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with
• Work well and closely with all other team members
• Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system
• Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table)
• Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.
• Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age (for the server position)
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
