In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring priorities stay on track, executive operations run smoothly, and key initiatives move forward with confidence. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders while helping drive continuous improvements that enhance the effectiveness of the executive office.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities to ensure seamless executive support.

• You'll prepare executive briefings, anticipate risks or emerging issues, and coordinate information to support informed decision-making.

• You'll oversee the Office of the CEO budget, including forecasting, reconciliations, purchase requisitions, and expense management.

• You'll lead the planning and coordination of executive meetings, strategic events, and stakeholder engagements from start to finish.

• You'll build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders while supporting executive communications and special projects.

• You'll identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and service delivery within the executive office.

• You'll provide guidance and mentorship to the broader Executive Assistant community, promoting best practices and operational excellence.


Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives.

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated expertise managing confidential information, executive calendars, travel, records management, and complex administrative priorities.

• Experience with project coordination, budgeting, business planning, and process improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP or a comparable ERP system.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to build relationships, exercise sound judgment, coach others, and manage competing priorities with professionalism.
