We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales & Education Intern to join the Canadian team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful “hands on” work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will see you contributing and supporting a dynamic Field Sales & Education team.

THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal teams to support the Canadian Field Sales & Education team
- Managing Field Sales orders and allocations
- Maintaining saleable and non-saleable reports
- Owning the Field Execution tracker for Big Bet launches
- Supporting cross-functional teams as needed
- Supporting and allocating a large Education gratis program
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree - Business/Marketing/Ecomm preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365)
- Strong time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Quick-learner
- Ability to work independently
- Strong initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual – French/English an asset
- Passion for beauty and knowledge of the Fragrance industry
