Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is currently looking for Technician Helper to join our Victoria, BC team!
The key responsibility of the Technician Helper is to assist Fire Alarm Technicians with weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections as required. In this role, you will help with service work and repairs on fire alarm systems under the supervision of a Fire Alarm Technician, and complete other duties as required.

In this role, you will help with service work and repairs on fire alarm systems under the supervision of a Fire Alarm Technician, and complete other duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Fire Alarm Technicians with weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections as required
- Help with service work and repairs on fire alarm systems under the supervision of a CFAA Fire Alarm Technician
- Other duties as assigned
- Desire to pursue or interest in Fire Alarm Technician work; enrollment in CFAA courses considered a strong asset
- Must be a team player, willing to help others, and able come to work with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to work Monday to Fridays - hours will vary dependent on the needs of the business
Salary: $23.06 per hour
