Forklift Warehouse Associate – REACH Certified

Location: Vaughan Distribution Centre

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary: $23.10/hour

What you will accomplish with us:

• Operate REACH forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory in high-racking systems.
• Handle HVAC materials such as compressors, ductwork, and electrical components.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Support team operations and customer needs in the warehouse.
• Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  
  

What You Bring to Our Team:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a REACH forklift.
• Valid REACH Forklift Certification.
• Confidence working at height with camera-assisted equipment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory software.
• Experience with HVAC products or a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
