Fulfillment Associate Lead
Reports to: Manager, Logistics
Hours Per Week: 35 Hours
Current Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. During peak times, there will be occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Work Location (ONSITE): Western Fulfillment Hub at the Edmonton DSW Location

Fulfillment Associate Lead

We’re excited to announce the opening of the Lead position at our brand-new Western Fulfillment Hub located at the Edmonton DSW Location. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations and driving the success of our hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new associates, ensuring they’re set up for success
- Lead Daily Huddles to align the team and ensure daily goals are met
- Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager regarding team performance, labor needs, and improvements
- Process high volumes of e-commerce orders (waving, picking, packing, returns)
- Receive and efficiently put away stock in a timely manner
- Understand how to escalate exceptions and manage challenges as they arise
- Review and execute daily communications requests to ensure smooth operations
- Strong sense of urgency and effective time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supervising a team or shift is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office is an asset
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
- Experience with Purolator is an asset
