What you will be doing:
As a Housekeeper at Carmen’s Group, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest. Whether it’s refreshing guest rooms, maintaining public spaces, or supporting event setup, your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness directly contribute to the extraordinary experiences we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards
- Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking room amenities
- Ensuring hallways, lobbies, and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper protocols
- Supporting front desk and breakfast attendant operations
- Supporting cleanliness of banquet spaces before and after events when required
- Communicating effectively with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with both guests and team members
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a clean, safe, and memorable guest experience
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support hotel and venue operations
What Makes You Shine:
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality brand in a housekeeping capacity
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve consistent results
- Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Availability of working flexible shifts during the daytime, including weekends and holidays is required
- Ability to tolerate cleaning products and maintain safety standards
- Clean criminal background check and ability to uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standards
