We are looking for a Picker-Packers for our day shift at our Paris location.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Sort, wrap, collate, package, and label signage, sub-assemblies, and fixtures
• Read and interpret job dockets, work orders, and packing instructions
• Build boxes and prepare skids using stock materials based on job requirements
• Perform light assembly duties as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor packaging or production issues
• Assist in training new team members
• Monitor department inventory levels and request materials when required
• Complete administrative tasks including:
• Pulling materials
• Updating job paperwork
• Entering job hours accurately
  

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environments
• Knowledge of packaging materials and packaging best practices
• Basic inventory control knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions
• Basic computer navigation skills
