The In-Theatre Marketing Manager will lead our theatrical marketing initiatives across Canada, in close collaboration with the Theatrical Distribution Manager for Canada. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our expanded theatrical slate, combining the historic strength of MGM with Amazon's customer-obsessed approach. The ideal candidate will bring deep theatrical marketing expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of launching successful theatrical campaigns in the Canadian market.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of theatrical marketing campaigns for all Amazon MGM Studios releases in Canada
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals while managing agency relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, media partners, and key stakeholders
- Manage P&L responsibility for theatrical marketing investments
- Collaborate closely with US and international teams
- Build synergies between theatrical and streaming windows
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance and market trends
- Drive innovation in theatrical marketing approaches and tactics
- 4+ years of entertainment marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in theatrical marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated experience managing $20M+ annual marketing budgets
- Proven track record of successful theatrical marketing campaigns in the Canadian market
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the Canadian theatrical exhibition landscape
- Proficiency in English and French-Canadian
- Prior experience at a major film studio or entertainment company
- Strong relationships with Canadian exhibitors, media partners, and agencies
- Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels
- Track record of data-driven decision-making
- Experience integrating streaming and theatrical marketing strategies
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace and industry trends
