Our vendors provide their customers with our technologies in IoT (Internet-of-Things). We develop technology based solutions that includes devices, hardware, and software, matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity and scale.

As a Install Operations Manager you will help our vendors to maintain maximum productivity through pipeline management, motivation and consistency of communication.

You will work closely with our Business Development team and will have a significant impact on the Key for Business team.

Key job responsibilities

Relationships With Access Controls Companies Are Our Lifeline. A Install Operations Manager Will Own Most Ongoing Communication With These Companies. Tasks Include

  • Vendor on-boarding
  • Pipeline review
  • Sales calls to customers
  • Device cycle counts
  • Agreement review

A day in the life

Each day will be a little different but most days will include:

  • Calls and emails to partners/vendors to determine their projected work for the week
  • Review of Installation Agreements and results recording
  • Sales calls to vendor customers to generate business
  • Email and phone calls to dispatch service calls

About The Team

We are the Amazon Key Install Operations team. We help customers get their packages on time and securely at multifamily properties with Access Controls by working with the properties gate and door vendors. Our device authorizes entry without need for contact with residents or staff and adds the security of driver entry tracking.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience managing Channel partners and security integrators

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
