About This Role
Our client is currently building and training a new team with a strong focus on ESG reporting and operational audits. As part of this growth, they are seeking a seasoned Internal Operational Audit Specialist to support the execution of operational audits and related activities. Project duration is set for 2 months with possible extension.

About This Role

As part of this growth, they are seeking a seasoned Internal Operational Audit Specialist to support the execution of operational audits and related activities. Project duration is set for 2 months with possible extension.
What You Will Work On
- Execute operational audits in accordance with established test plans and scripts
- Support residual testing and activities related to NI 52-109 audits
- Conduct walkthroughs and update audit documentation
- Perform tests of controls and document results
- Assist with onboarding controls into Workiva, the client’s new GRC tool
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Proven experience in Internal Audit, specifically in executing test plans and scripts
- Strong understanding of operational audit methodologies
- Familiarity with NI 52-109 compliance requirements
- Experience with GRC tools (Workiva experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Real Estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
