Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Sourcer to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. If you have a background in IT recruitment and the ability to understand our business needs, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Establish best strategies to source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other innovative channels.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work."
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong experience in sourcing specialized pools of candidates.
• Strong ability to present and sell the organization to candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Action-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
• Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B environments.
• Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cutting-edge programming languages, including AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
