Position:
The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist owns and executes the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and specialized roles at Croesus. Operating as a key partner to our engineering and product teams, this person balances managing inbound applicant pipelines with proactive sourcing to attract top-tier tech talent.
If you are a skilled communicator who enjoys the technical recruitment landscape, excels at building meaningful candidate relationships, and can manage the recruitment process from the first touchpoint to the final offer negotiation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Execution
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of IT and fintech positions (software developers, quality assurance, DevOps, product roles, etc.).
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaboratively partner with engineering managers and technical leadership to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and core skillsets.
- Interviewing & Evaluation: Conduct phone screens and structured behavioral interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
- Offer & Closing: Coordinate and own the closing process. Present competitive offers and navigate final compensation negotiations to ensure successful hires.
- Targeted Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized tech networks, and industry databases to actively identify and connect with passive tech professionals for key roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft clear, personalized outreach messages to attract candidates and introduce them to career opportunities at Croesus.
- Talent Pools: Maintain and organize healthy pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring or upcoming technical vacancies.
- ATS Administration: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated to maintain data integrity and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Market Awareness: Keep a pulse on local salary trends, shifting tech stacks, and tech market conditions to help keep our offers competitive.

Key Skills
- Technical Familiarity: Ability to comfortably understand and discuss IT skillsets, programming concepts, and technical roles.
- Balanced Recruiting Style: Skilled at both managing active job applicants and utilizing proactive sourcing methods to fill roles.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in technical recruiting.
- Industry Focus: Solid experience recruiting within Information Technology, Software Development, or Fintech.
- Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in French and English. Note: The core internal working language is French, so strong proficiency in French is mandatory.
- Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms (Workday is a nice to have), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Professional Designation: Member of the Order (CHRP, CIRP) is an asset
