Reporting to the Manager, Coaching & Facilitation, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, delivering development programs, and providing expertise in leadership, performance management, and succession planning. $81,920.00 - $102,400.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Leadership Coach to join our People team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Manager, Coaching & Facilitation, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, delivering development programs, and providing expertise in leadership, performance management, and succession planning. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our most important asset – our people.
You will be responsible for:
- Coaching team members and leaders using tailored approaches to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance.
- Debriefing various assessments, including 360-degree feedback.
- Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and resources to support team members and leaders with career and personal development.
- Delivering leadership workshops and training programs to address development needs.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and emotional intelligence.
- Staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, succession planning, emotional intelligence, and performance management.
- 5+ years of leadership development experience ideally within a retail, customer-centric organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as EQ-i, Insights, or a CPHR designation are considered assets.
- A background in debriefing detailed assessments and delivering workshops.
- Experience with HR information systems.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Self-aware, empathetic, and possess a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
- Professional, diplomatic, and always maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- An effective communicator who can influence all levels within an organization while navigating emotionally charged conversations.
- Passionate about delivering innovative leadership development initiatives.
