  • Experience with EPIC software and insurance portals is a bonus!
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • A self-starter mindset who’s organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to a respectful, fun team atmosphere.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced setting, staying composed under pressure and able to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing quality or customer service.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Competitive compensation that reflects your skills and experience.
  • Company-matching RRSP plan to support your future goals.
  • Comprehensive benefits and a Wellness Fund to help you feel your best.
  • Ongoing paid training and continuing education to keep you growing.
  • A positive, people-first team culture: where birthdays, wins, and milestones are celebrated (often with snacks!).
  • A modern, comfortable office space where you’ll feel right at home.

If you’re ready to join a workplace where your work matters, your team has your back, and fun is part of the job then we’d love to hear from you!
