We are currently seeking a Full-Time Production Department Assistant to join our Edmonton team. We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to support our growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders and prepare required documentation
• Process, adjust, and correct customer data in internal systems
• Accurately manage data within electronic platforms
• Organize internal files and maintain proper storage of completed documents
• Stay current with procedural updates and apply them in daily tasks
• Coordinate with the sales team and respond to inquiries about products, services, and processes
• Track and manage documentation and records
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
• Resolve procedural issues and adapt to changes in digital file management
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at interpreting and applying policy and procedure guidelines
