About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager, Americas to lead strategic customer programs and ensure seamless execution from concept to full-scale production. This role serves as the primary point of contact for key OEM accounts, coordinating cross-functional efforts across operations, quality, purchasing, and supplier development to ensure material qualification, production readiness, and on-time deliveries. With a strong foundation in technical program management and a understanding of automotive processes, the Program Manager drives operational excellence, contract fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. The position involves commercial leadership—managing volume changes, cross-selling opportunities, and contract negotiations. 

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

  • Lead full program lifecycle execution from A-sample through SOP to full production, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Oversee launch planning, timeline management, and cost efficiency, driving successful outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Manage Strategic Accounts: 

  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with OEM customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving strategic goals and priorities.

Drive Account Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer roadmaps and aligning Vianode’s value proposition.

 Customer Advocacy: 

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing OEM accounts by aligning Vianode’s value proposition with customer roadmaps and long-term strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with global product, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions.

Commercial Ownership: 

  • Lead commercial negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and ensure contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with long-term goals.

Market & Customer Intelligence: 

  • Monitor customer strategies and industry trends to inform account planning and support early engagement in new programs.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, technical sales, applications engineering, or account management—preferably within the automotive or battery sector.
  • Proven experience supporting at least one product launch, including the full PPAP process from A-sample through SOP and ramp-up to full capacity.
  • Hands-on experience managing technical, quality, procurement, and logistics issues with OEM customers over the lifecycle of a program.
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and drive decision-making at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of OEM development cycles, expectations, and internal decision processes.
  • Prior work with major automotive OEMs is strongly preferred.
