As a Project Controller, you’ll play a key role in helping our teams deliver complex infrastructure and engineering projects across Canada. This opportunity is ideal for a junior to intermediate level career professional who enjoys bringing structure, insight, and clarity to evolving projects while building a strong foundation in project controls.

You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams, contributing to cost, schedule, and performance tracking that supports successful project outcomes and meaningful community impact.

Your Impact

  • Support the development and tracking of project budgets, forecasts, and cashflows to enable informed decision‑making
  • Maintain and update project control systems, including cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting tools
  • Monitor project performance against baseline plans, identifying trends in cost, schedule, and progress
  • Contribute to variance analysis and support early identification of risks and opportunities
  • Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and performance reporting
  • Support contract administration activities, including tracking scope changes and variations
  • Prepare clear, accurate project reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency


The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 2–6 years of experience in project controls, project coordination, or project administration
  • Exposure to cost control, scheduling, or project reporting in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting environments
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an asset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within project controls
  • Degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 – $102,500

MB & ON: $60,900 – $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $60,300 – $97,200
