We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the multifamily residential construction industry.
This role is responsible for supporting project execution through coordination, administration, and communication across project teams. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by managing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting both office and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with proposals, RFPs, tenders, budgets, cash flows, schedules, and contractor quotation reviews while maintaining contract tracking logs
- Issue LOIs, draft contracts and purchase orders, and attend meetings with distribution of minutes to stakeholders
- Track and manage shop drawings, RFIs, consultant reviews, and maintain up-to-date drawing distribution
- Support change management processes including pricing, tracking, and cost summaries, while keeping teams informed of project status and risks
- Track as-built drawings and assist with project closeout documentation including O&M manuals and completion certificates
- Manage and organize site documentation, inspection records, and support monthly progress and financial reporting
- Assist with invoice processing, purchasing data entry in ERP systems (Spectrum), and equipment reporting
- Review timecards for accuracy, assist with onboarding documentation, and support inventory control and delivery coordination
- Coordinate meetings with trades and project teams, prepare change orders, and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support shifting project priorities, contribute to process improvements, and perform other duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in architectural sciences or engineering
- 3 years experience working in the construction industry preferred
- Able to work on active construction sites and at head office
- Able to read drawings/blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project and asset
- Able to clearly communicate; written and verbal
- Have an attention for detail
- Driver’s licence
- Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations
- PPE: Steel toe boots
Work Conditions
- Travel to construction sites and off-site locations required
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors
- Overtime as required to meet project demands
- Use of required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.
- Exposure to typical construction site conditions and hazards

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
