Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in deploying hardware systems, particularly robotics, across various customer sites worldwide. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, have experience with various Project Management methodologies, and possess a deep understanding of managing complex projects within product development and R&D environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and manage the deployment of robotics systems to customer sites around the world.

· Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

· Utilize Project Management techniques to optimize project timelines and resources.

· Work with the Director of Operations to develop project management methods, tools and processes

· Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and field service teams to ensure seamless integration of systems at customer locations.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Manage risk and change throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

· Provide regular project status updates to senior management and customers.

· Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

· Take part in international site visits as required; several times a year with trip durations up to several weeks.


This is a new position within our organization to support our growing business. You will get to contribute across our business to solve problems and employ creative ideas, putting the full range of your skills and experience into practice. We are committed to mentorship and coaching with our experienced Operations Team.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

· PMP certification is strongly preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience managing projects, with a focus on deploying hardware systems (preferably robotics) globally.

· Experience with Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies preferred.

· Experience working in product development and R&D environments is highly preferred.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Experience working in customer-facing roles alongside sales and field service teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

· Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
