About the Role
We're currently hiring a QA Engineer to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building out robust test automation frameworks, collaborating across teams, and proactively contributing to product quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for new and existing product features
- Expand and maintain a scalable automated testing framework using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Write and execute test plans for frontend applications (React and Svelte)
- Own test coverage for features with reliable, automated scripts
- Identify and resolve production issues in collaboration with support and engineering
- Participate in incident response and contribute to root cause analysis
- Recommend new testing strategies to improve platform reliability
- Conduct code and design reviews with a focus on testability
- Collaborate with product and development teams from planning through release
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of QA engineering experience, with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and testing libraries (Playwright preferred)
- Familiarity with BDD tools and practices
- Experience designing and maintaining automated regression and functional test suites
- Solid understanding of API testing and integrating external systems into test flows
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, E2E testing, and DevOps tooling
- Performance testing experience using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and a proactive mindset for problem-solving
- Bonus if you’ve worked on ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks) or banking applications
- Comfort with cloud-based environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Pay range and compensation package
Base salary range: $98,000 – $105,000, depending on experience.
