Job Description Summary

STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our QA Document Management and Training team!

STEMCELL Technologies is passionate about driving forward quality and consistent products. As a QA Associate, you will support the growth of a robust training program, and maintain and improve the document management system. You are curious about processes across the company, you are comfortable navigating digital platforms, and you uphold a high attention to detail through every task.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support QA processes by managing QA documentation and records, coordinating and administering learning and training programs, maintaining training materials, monitoring completion and compliance, and generating quality metrics reports to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement

  • Analyze quality-related documents and records to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of processes and procedures

  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures to support quality processes, ensuring compliance with STEMCELL standards and regulatory requirements

  • Review, verify, and process Quality Management System (QMS) documents and records to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, applicable GMP requirements, and established internal procedures

  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on routine QMS-related inquiries and requirements, fostering understanding and consistent application of quality management practices

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) with 1-2 years of relevant experience including working with electronic QMSs

  • Experience with using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience using SAP is considered an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring thorough, accurate, and compliant quality assurance processes while efficiently managing documentation, records, and multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and sound judgment

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to train and support others, collaborate effectively across teams, and advance quality initiatives

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$59,900.00 - $81,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
