Our dedicated RV Walkthrough Specialists take pride in ensuring every customer is fully prepared and confident to start their journey the moment they drive off the lot. This is a critical aspect of our sales process, impacting customers with a lasting impression. This hands-on role requires a passion for RVs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sold units are ready for customer pick up, maintaining ongoing communication with the service and reconditioning departments
• Demonstrate and teach customers about all features and standard items of their new RV
• Assist with loading the showroom and placing units on the lot
• Support unit check-ins and assist with loading bays for the reconditioning department
• Provide assistance to the wash bay and reconditioning department as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in the RV industry or a related field
• Forklift experience and license are an asset
• A strong interest in RVs with knowledge of RV repair and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, reliable, and able to prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, based on relevant experience in the RV industry.
