Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Sales Analyst for the Head Office at Ville St-Laurent
Under the supervision of the Marketing Analyst, the Sales Analyst will be responsible to analyse and follow-up on the sales performance of Richelieu .
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to :
Richelieu Hardware is a North American leader and a change agent in a creative and dynamic industry. We are an importer, distributor, and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products.
Our customers – Over 120,000 customers in North America: manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, storage and closets, residential and office furniture, residential and commercial woodworking, as well as hardware retailers including large renovation centers.
Our team – 3,000 people, of which nearly half are dedicated to sales and marketing and over 50% are Richelieu shareholders.

Under the supervision of the Marketing Analyst, the Sales Analyst will be responsible to analyse and follow-up on the sales performance of Richelieu .
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to :
- Acting as the analytical support of the Marketing Analyst and the different sales team
- Producing sales analysis report and identifying opportunities
- Supporting the users of our internal CRM and Dashboards
- Following up on active projects among the different internal stakeholders
- Maintaining our different database and ERP
- Maintaining the sales team remuneration program in our system
- Datasteward of our customer database
- Competition monitoring
- Participating in various process improvement projects and data mining efficiency
- Accomplishing any other request by its direct supervisor
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration – or equivalence
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales environment
- Experience in database manipulation
- Great analytical, planning and follow-up skills
- Proven knowledge and abilities in statistic
- Abilities to manipulate numbers and being able to extract trends
- Good knowledge of various database management software (including Access, Excel – Pivot tables, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.)
- Bilingual French and English (verbal and writing)
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office - 2 days remote
- With strong analytical, planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Who demonstrates autonomy, initiative, rigor, and attention to detail
- With a logical and methodical mindset
