What To Expect
Reporting to the AVP, PI Operational Planning & Analysis, the Senior Advisor, Personal Insurance, Strategic Operations will work closely with the Personal Insurance senior leadership team to:
- Support the day-to-day execution of business strategy, including management of leadership team meetings and execution of strategic planning sessions and offsites
- Support the coordination and program management of strategic initiatives and projects
- Lead and manage the development of internal and external presentations, communications, and other reports as it relates to Personal Insurance
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports on a timely manner to all queries from stakeholders, as required
- Support ad hoc requests, include liaising across teams to track initiatives, gather information, and support from a project management perspective
- Act as a Personal Insurance liaison across the broader enterprise, to answer questions, connect stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise
- Support adherence to governance processes, and update and refine governance structures as necessary
- University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related program
- 6+ years of relevant, full-time experience in management consulting or similar role
- Knowledge and experience with P&C insurance would be an asset
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
- Proven record of analytical expertise and excellent attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication/presentation skills and ability to interact with senior executives and other cross divisional leaders in the organization
- An ability to make to make well-informed, effective, and timely decisions
- Ability to work in a team or independently with moderate supervision
- Self-motivated and consistently demonstrates an ability to take initiative on any issue
- An ability to adapt to new environments and take on new challenges
