DevOps Mission
What you'll do here:
- Help the team to progress by optimizing CI/CD.
- Modify and support tool configurations.
- Help create and maintain Continuous Integration and Deployment (CICD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with different teams to support automation improvements.
- Contribute to the development of proof-of-concept projects to validate new ideas.
- Work with senior team members to identify and solve technical problems and participate in code reviews.
- Support development teams in adopting best practices for development and operational solutions and practices.
- Assist with root cause analysis of business and production platform problems and help develop action plans.
- Learn and recommend technologies/tools to facilitate integration between different product stacks.
- Support the interpretation of safety policies and ensure that platform designs comply with safety guidelines.
- Solve complex problems and challenges.
- Integrate a high-performance work environment that encourages autonomy and contributes to creating a warm and friendly working atmosphere.
- Set up observability alerts for all our products in production
- Set up monitoring systems for all our products in production.
- Creation of a preventive alert strategy.
- Creation of a preventive monitoring strategy.
- Implementation of a production support process linked to observability.
- Incident reporting and observability.
- Training team members in observability tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar CI/CD optimization position and solid experience in product delivery.
- Very good knowledge of monitoring products such as CLM and Dynatrace.
- Proficiency in IntelliJ, GITHub, Docker, Openshift, Nexus, Veracode, Twistlock, Jenkins, SonarQube and CI/CD concepts/processes.
- A command of the following technologies is an asset: JAVA, Javascript, Spring, Hibernate, Junit, Maven, GIT, JSON, AJAX, JQuery SQL, XML, Webservices (SOAP, REST) and APIs.
- You're creative, curious and resourceful.

- Excellent communicator capable of explaining ideas to various stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive and a driver of change.
- At ease in a constantly evolving technological environment.
- Bilingualism essential (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
