As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Power Platform CoE Lead, you will contribute to cutting-edge solutions that shape PwC's delivery of value to our clients and our people.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design applications or services within the organization using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Platform Connectors
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications
  • Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance to other team members
  • Collaborate with teams of developers across multiple regions
  • Actively participate in team stand-ups
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client and PwC's quality criteria
  • Proactively assist in assessing technology solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our application development lifecycle
  • Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date
  • Support and oversee intermediate developers

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications
  • Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
  • Experience with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse) data stores
  • Experience with software development project tools and defect tracking systems like Azure DevOps
  • Experience with high-level UX principles such as user stories, persona building, prototype/prototype development approaches
  • Knowledge of agile software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience with containerization, using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • CI/CD using ADO pipeline or Git actions
  • Experience with API-based integration development
  • Must have: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Graph connectors, Power Platform Connectors, API plugins, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, GitHub, Azure DevOps
