We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex ERP implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across objectives, scope, timelines, and execution approach, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic and complex environment.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex ERP implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across objectives, scope, timelines, and execution approach, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic and complex environment.
What You’ll Be Doing In The Role
- Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery using Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program outcomes.
- Partner with the Program Manager to support integrated program and project management across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional and technical teams to enable strong collaboration, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
- Manage all phases of ERP delivery, including functional and technical design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and change management.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
- Facilitate ERP status meetings and Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and effective communication with stakeholders and executives.
- 10+ years of project management experience in large sized projects.
- Proven experience implementing or enhancing ERP systems, preferably in complex environments.
- Strong project management experience with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, think critically, and solve problems across functional, technical, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related technical area.
- Experience working in client-based consulting role is highly desirable.
- Relevant industry certifications are an asset (PMP, PROSCI).
- Ability to work hybrid or onsite model.
