As a Software Developer, you will play a central role in taking a rough business idea and turning it into a working solution. You will ensure our teams use the right digital tools and data to keep projects aligned, efficient, and fully compliant with both internal and client standards. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Integrate applications with ERP and project management systems.
- Develop and maintain databases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
- Use AI as part of their daily development workflow
- Think through the user experience, not just the code
- Own a project from start to finish
- Communicate with all levels of the organization and work through problems independently
- Be curious, resourceful and willing to learn
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a confident communicator.
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, Cursor et al
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
