We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Strategy, and Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in enhancing our understanding of the mining and quarrying markets through data-driven insights.
Please note that student positions are offered on a full time or part time contract basis for a maximum of 90 days.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Strategy, and Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in enhancing our understanding of the mining and quarrying markets through data-driven insights.

What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive research using online sources and interviews with our internal sales team.
- Compile, organize, and manage data in Excel to create a clear and actionable dataset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and integration into our CRM system.
- Perform a data cleansing exercise by merging two pre-existing datasets to improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Execute a mass upload of the refined data into our CRM system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Working towards completion of post-secondary education (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Computer Systems (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (an asset).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
