Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.

Technical Support (primary Focus)
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
- Provide remote and in-person support.
- Develop and maintain support documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts.
- Receive and process incoming packages.
- Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained.
- Distribute devices to users and manage returns.
