The Successful Candidate Will
- Create a welcoming environment, greeting, informing, and directing visitors and employees in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Provide information and customer service to the public by answering incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

- Excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills and sensitivity to interact with a diversity of patrons, parents, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality dealing with members and guests.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and demonstrated comfort level with the internet. Proven aptitude for the learning & use of various software applications, including recreation registration software.
- Work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role is an asset.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification required.
- Availability/flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Due to the nature of the contacts of this position a Police Vulnerable Sector Check satisfactory to the Town is required.
