About This Team
The Global Brand Management team leads lululemon's brand strategy and expression across the globe. Within the team, the Performance & Innovation vertical is responsible for crafting and executing the brand vision for key performance categories: Running, Training, Tennis, Golf, and Yoga. This group partners deeply with Product, Go-to-Market, Innovation, and Creative teams to bring purpose-driven storytelling to life in a way that builds brand love and cultural relevance.

Compensation And Benefits
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 - 206,600 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.

a Day In The Life
As the Director, Brand Management – Performance & Innovation, you will:
- Lead the development of brand strategies for Running, Training, Tennis, Golf, and Yoga aligned to lululemon’s purpose, business priorities, and product roadmaps.
- Translate category strategies into brand storytelling moments, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns across channels.
- Partner with Product, Innovation, and GTM teams to identify key products, innovations, and seasonal priorities for global storytelling.
- Guide campaign and creative development from brief through execution—ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance.
- Deliver seasonal playbooks and storytelling toolkits that equip global and regional teams with clear, compelling narratives.
- Define KPIs and lead post-campaign analysis to inform future work and improve impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on brand calendar planning, resourcing, and execution.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of category brand managers.
- 10 years of experience in brand strategy, category marketing, or integrated brand management—ideally in apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in building and scaling global brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of performance consumer culture in categories like running, yoga, and training.
- Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with clarity, creativity, and precision.
- Experience managing agencies and internal creative resources.
- Passionate about brand building, storytelling, and community connection.
- Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
