Mold Making Apprentice, Tooling - #232912

Job Responsibilities

• Perform and complete tasks as assigned by mold making leader, with supervision.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate cooperation and willingness to work with all levels within the organization.
• Participate in as many learning opportunities as possible within the Mold building industry whether it be Mold Making, Machining or Engineering.
• Assist within the relevant department, but also learn about other aspects of the company.
• Complete all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.
• Positively receiving feedback.
• Keep a log of everything learned.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Attend night school and maintaining a 70% average. Grades will be monitored.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Eager to learn, with a growth mindset, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license with own transportation recommended.
• Good physical strength with lifting capacity of 60 lbs and good hand-eye coordination
• Good time management, critical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High technical aptitude and the willingness to further develop technical abilities.
• Validated dependability, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and collaboration and being goal-oriented.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
• Required to work a 2 shift rotation
• Basic computer skills. I.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Will be introduce to CAD software.
