- Solve complex tasks to meet business needs.
- Introduce yourself into the world of Security testing and learn the latest security breaches in different tools/technologies/ programming languages.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will:
- Design and implement infrastructure-as-code deployments of Fortify/ Fortify on Demand components in AWS and/or GCP architectures.
- Develop tools and components that better integrate our application code with the various cloud stacks.
- Sharpen your cloud engineering skills using a variety of programming languages, infrastructure as code, and other cloud technologies.
- Work across and in conjunction with several project teams of software engineers, testers, and security researchers, to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for the public/ private cloud.
- Collaborate and communicate with management and development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Experience of operating, troubleshooting, and monitoring cloud solutions on one of the following: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Conceptual understanding of networking, network routing and network infrastructure.
- Experience in dealing with security practices in hyper-scalers.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing standard DevOps tools such as Packer, Helm, Terraform, Terragrunt.
- Demonstratable experience on handling Customer Escalations and amicable handling of critical situations – L2/L3 Support.
- Troubleshooting, Debugging.
- Breaking down the problems.
- Suggesting Workarounds.
- Triage issues and work closely with Ops and R&D Teams.
- Quickly build product understanding, High learnability skills.
- Strong understanding of microservice design, containerization, Kubernetes, and scaling.
- Strong administration and user knowledge of Linux Operating Systems.
- Scripting experience in Python, Linux shell (bash preferred), and PowerShell.
- Experience with at least one or more industry-standard SQL implementations (e.g. MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
- At least 3 to 5 years software development experience in one of the following languages: C#/.NET, Golang, Java.
- Strong understanding of Windows.
- Experience implementing application performance analytics using at least one industry standard tool, preferably Prometheus/ Grafana.
