WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?

  • Previous experience in equipment cleaning, detailing, or similar hands-on roles
  • A safety-first mindset, with careful attention to procedures and surroundings
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to learn about agricultural machinery
  • Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and respectful communication with team members and supervisors
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons (e.g., harvest)
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
  • Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification and complete WHMIS training
